    Storage and winterisation

    Preparing your gear for a break of more than two months.

    Applies to
    Awake boards, drive units and Flex batteries. Battery storage charge depends on your exact battery and manual.

    Clean and protect

    1. Clean all gear with fresh water and clear debris from the jet system.
    2. Treat the connector module pins with contact spray and wipe off the excess.
    3. Grease the connector O-rings with O-ring grease.

    Prepare the battery

    1. Connect the battery to the Awake Link app and install the latest firmware.
    2. Charge to the storage level confirmed for your battery model.
    3. Disconnect the Power Key Leash.
    4. Check the charge periodically by connecting the Power Key Leash, and top up as advised for your battery.

    Store

    Store every module disconnected, dry and at room temperature.
